Working principle of capacitor level limit switch
ZP seriesCapacitive level switchIt uses the probe (sensing electrode) and barrel wall (grounding electrode) of the level switch as the two plates of the capacitor. When the medium between the two plates of the capacitor changes, its capacitance value will also change. The unique analysis and processing unit of the level switch detects the magnitude of this change. When this change value reaches the set value of the switch, it is converted into a switch signal output for control purposes, reflecting the height of the measured medium or material interface.

Sensitivity selection: Use a dialer to manually dial and select the action sensitivity in ten levels from 0 to 9. The sensitivity difference for each gear change is about&# 177; 0.4-1.6P range, small file number, high sensitivity, large file number. Low sensitivity. When leaving the factory, it is placed in the commonly used '3' gear without special requirements, and there is no need to shift gears.
